Great location, but so loud!
We stayed for 2 nights in a family room. Gotta say, the spot is super close to Balboa Island, which is awesome! But man, the noise from the room above us was ridiculous. Felt like I was in a banging contest! Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was pretty basic. Valet staff were nice tho!

We loved our stay at this resort that offers so many fun options for the kids. The multiple pools were fantastic, especially the ones with whirlpools after a long day. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the attractions we wanted to visit.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically designed for teenagers.

Relaxing, Relaxing, Relaxing
I loved lounging by the three fine pools, especially the one with the waterslide-it was pure joy! Our room, a Double Room Two Double Beds Pool View, was spacious enough for my family to unwind comfortably. The staff went above and beyond, especially Rob.
would recommend ❤️😊

would definitely come back
The king room with a patio had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The kids' pool was amazing with a water slide. Loved the hot tub area with sun loungers. The fitness center was well-equipped. The staff was helpful while we enjoyed the lovely grounds. Great place for families!

great stay but parking fees are steep
The overall atmosphere was welcoming, creating a relaxing environment. I enjoyed the spacious room, which provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.
The $40 parking fee felt excessive for the overall cost.

Had a great time during our 5-night stay, mainly enjoying the variety of pools available. Even with the weather being rainy due to a rare tropical storm, the staff made sure we were entertained and had plenty of indoor activities. The room was a bit outdated, but the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. The self-parking was a bit far from our room, making valet a better option after a while.

Comfortable Stay, Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay but faced some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The pool area was nice for the kids, and we appreciated the staff's friendliness. However, the restaurant service could use better staffing during peak hours—definitely recommend visiting during off-peak times for a smoother experience!

I enjoyed the spacious room I got during my stay. The views of the bay from the King room added a nice touch. The pool area was family-friendly, perfect for the kids to play. However, the downside was the noise levels around the pool. I heard loud activity late into the night, making it hard to sleep. The AC unit in our room was quite loud, disrupting our rest. Parking was a hassle too, with fees not being clear upfront. I also noticed the hallways had a strong smell, likely due to ongoing cleaning efforts, which wasn't pleasant. Overall, it's a lovely place with great amenities, but some maintenance and noise control would significantly enhance the experience.

I truly appreciated the beautiful landscaping around the property, with palm trees and succulents creating a serene atmosphere. The low-rise buildings were easily accessible, making it comfortable for me to navigate the grounds during my stay.
More options for senior-friendly activities would be nice.
